ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF
THE MAYOR, COUNCILMEMBER-AT-LARGE, AND
COUNCILMEMBER FOR 2019.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN;
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 7.06, subdivision 1 of the City of Rochester Home
Rule Charter, the annual salaries of the mayor, councilmember-at-large, and
councilmember for 2019 are hereby established to be as follows:
Mayor $37,657.88
Councilmember-at-Large $27,743.53
Councilmember $21,712.10
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. Pursuant to Section 7.06, subdivision 1 of the City
of Rochester Home Rule Charter, no increase in salary provided herein shall be effective
until after the publication of this ordinance.
