RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional service agreement with McGhie & Betts Environmental Services in an amount
not to exceed $10,638 for wetland delineation and report services for the trail along the DM&E
spur, J-4631.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
