BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City acquire
an easement from the owner of the Mulder property located at 327 Seventh Avenue N.W., as
part of City Project J-6582, "Repair Portion of Cascade Creek at/near 329 Seventh Avenue
N.W.," and to pay the owner $6,000 for that easement.
The Mayor, City Clerk and City Attorney are authorized to execute any documents
necessary for the implementation of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF _ , 2009.
