RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
a labor agreement with the Rochester Inspector's Association to govern the terms and conditions
of employment for City employees represented by said exclusive bargaining unit for the year
2010.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
