RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute an agreement with the Emerson Network Power Liebert Services, Inc., for
services and preventative maintenance necessary to facilitate the continuation of dispatch
abilities in the event of a power outage.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
