RESOLUTION
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State of
Minnesota to provide ZIPS DIAL-A-RIDE public transportation service in Rochester, Minnesota,
for CY2010 Dial-A-Ride transit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City agree to provide a local share of 15% of the
total operating cost and 20% of the total capital costs for CY2010 Dial-A-Ride transit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
.to execute these agreements and all other documents, certifications, amendments and contracts
in order to obtain the grant assistance requested.
