BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a maintenance and ownership agreement with Rochester Town Offices, LLC, for Outlot A,
Lots 1-4, Block 2 and Lot 4, Block 1, Wood Lake Park Second Subdivision.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 8M DAY OF C , 2004.
