BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
an amendment to the 2004 contract with Rochester City Lines increasing the maximum
reimbursement for the operating deficit to $1,503,876 subject to available State and federal
funding.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this amendment on
behalf of the City of Rochester.
