BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an amendment to the First Street Plaza Design Contract with Yaggy Colby Associates to
increase the total amount of compensation by $288,400.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
