RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a revised purchase agreement for the sale of an approximately 4.02-acre site located west of the
intersection of West Circle Drive and 41St Street N.W.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the revised purchase agreement and
any other required documents on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS / DAY OF 2007.
