RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with Jeff A. Steiner & Cynthia G. Steiner for their property
generally described as part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18,
Township 106 North, Range 1.3 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to.execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
