RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for final design
engineering services for Project M4-17, J7727, "Construction of Badger Hills Drive N.W., from
2,500 feet west of West Circle Drive N.W., (CSAH 22) to West Circle Drive N.W. (CSAH 22)" in
an amount not to exceed $107,991.00.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
