RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 4 with Adolfson Peterson for the Minnesota Bio Business Center construction
project in the amount of$60,872.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 45-F DAY 2008.
