HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 204-23 - Resolution - CD2022-029PLAT Pebble Creek Fifth RESOLUTION Approving Final Plat No. CD2022-029PLAT, to be known as Pebble Creek Fifth, by Pebble Creek Rochester, LLC, for 12 residential lots on 1.67 acres, located north th of Town Square Pl NW and west of 60 Ave NW. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on October 16, 2023, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 1, Block 7, PEBBLE CREEK, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota. TO BE KNOWN as “Pebble Creek Fifth”, Pebble Creek Rochester LLC, Applicant, is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to recording of the Final Plat, parkland dedication requirements shall be met. 2. All building permits will be reviewed for conformance with R-2 (Single-Family Small Lot) development standards. 3. No additional subdivisions will be permitted until a secondary access is designed and constructed to City standards. 4. Pebble Creek Fourth must be recorded before Pebble Creek Fifth is recorded.
