RESOLUTION
Designating Polling Places for Elections in 2025.
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 subd. 1 requires jurisdictions to designate
polling places by December 31 of each year, and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minn Stat. 204B .16 Sub .3, polling place changes may be made
by resolution up to 90 days prior to an election should a location become unsuitable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, that the City does hereby designate the following locations as polling places
in the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for all elections in 2025 in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes 204B.16:
