OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a revocable
permit and agreement ("the agreement") with Mayo Clinic for placement of two chilled
water lines within the right-of-way of 6th Ave NW to serve the utility building to be
constructed on Mayo Lot 26 by Mayo Clinic.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
