HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 4575 - Ordinance: Master Fee Schedule 2026 ORDINANCE NO. ______ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-1-2 OF CHAPTER 2-1 OF TITLE 2 OF THE ROCHESTER CODE OF ORDINANCES ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR LICENSES, PERMITS, SERVICES AND OTHER CHARGES PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF ROCHESTER. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Pursuant to Minn. Statute §462.353 Subd. 4a and upon public hearing duly noticed and held on October 6, 2025, the City of Rochester, a Minnesota municipal corporation requires certain fees and charges for City services be established. Section 2. The 2026 Master Fee Schedule is hereby created to cover portions of costs associated with fees and services provided by city departments, to enhance quality of life and help ensure private and public activities are being performed in a non-harmful manner. Section 3. The Master Fee schedule will be reviewed annually with amended fees st updated as of January 1 of each calendar year. Section 4. A copy of this Ordinance along with the Master Fee Schedule is on file at the Office of the City Clerk, 201 Fourth Street SE, Room 235, Rochester, MN 55904 and will be included on the City of Rochester website. Section 5. A copy of Master Fee Schedule for 2026 is attached hereto as Attachment “A”. Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective upon publication.
