OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves proposed Ordinance amendments to sections 2-16-2 and 2-16-7 of
Chapter 2-16 relating to Public Ethics, and
2. Directs the City Attorney's office to prepare the Ordinance for First Reading at a
future council meeting.
