OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves proposed Ordinance amendments to the Rochester Code of Ordinances
(RCO) Ch. 5-21 relating to Mobile Food Units; and
2. Directs the City Attorney's office to prepare an Ordinance for first reading on April
6, 2026.
