OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes contract
amendment No.3 in the amount of $1,463,262.21 for the reconstruction of 6th Avenue
West from West Center to Civic Center Drive as well as the cross streets of 3rd Ave NW,
2nd Ave NW, 1st Ave NW, and W. Center between 6th Avenue and 5th Avenue. - Project
Number J8908.
