The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a contract
Amendment 1 with WHKS, in the amount of $53,780 with contract extension to December
31, 2027, for Reconstruction of 400 Block Center St W, 10 Block of 5th Ave NW, and 400
Block of 1st St NW - Project No. J7857.
