OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves Annexation Application No. CD2025-001ANX, by the City of Rochester,
to incorporate approximately 124.61 acres of land into the City Limits with the
Unified Development Code (UDC) Mixed Use General (MX-G) zoning district; and
authorizing a singular reading of the Annexation Ordinance, and
2. Directs the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance for First Reading.
