OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves proposed Ordinance amendment to section 3-1-17 of Chapter 3-1
regarding Dangerous Dogs, and
2. Directs the City Attorney's office to prepare the Ordinance for First Reading at a
future council meeting.
