OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes application
for the FY2025 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant and, if awarded,
accept and utilize the funds for the purchase and deployment of fixed License Plate
Reader technology.
