OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes:
1. A City-Owner Contract for Project No. J5664, "Public Watermain to Serve John
Hardy's Replat" with City execution conditional upon full execution of the
contract by Owner, Contractor, and Engineer, and;
2. Professional Technical Services Contract with GGG, Inc., dba G-Cubed, for
$6,800, for work related to Project No. J5664, "Public Watermain to Serve John
Hardy's Replat," subject to City execution of the City-Owner Contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
