OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a
revocable permit and agreement ("the agreement") with Mayo Clinic for placement of an
electrical duct bank, fiber duct bank, geothermal piping, and electrical conduit within the
right -of-way of W Center St, 6th Ave NW, 1st St NW, 2nd St NW, 5th Ave NW, 2nd St
SW, 5th Ave SW, 3rd St SW, and 4th St SW.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
