OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a
revocable permit and agreement ("the agreement") with Marc Woolman and Heather
Woolman as Trustees of the Marc Woolman and Heather Woolman Living Trust dated
January 16, 2026, for an existing garage that is partially constructed within a utility
easement.
