OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes the
Settlement Agreement to directly purchase the property rights, and to settle the takings
of Parcel 49 with a total value above $50,000, and in an amount greater than 15%
above the approved appraised value.
