OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes an ongoing
Memorandum of Understanding with the United States Capitol Police (USCP) for
Rochester Police Department reimbursement for support and enhancements to the USCP
protective mission for Congressional events and/or USCP protective operations occurring
in the Rochester Police Department's jurisdiction.
