OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby approves a contract
amendment with Alliant Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $284,328 for design services
and preparation of bidding documents for Phase II of the reconstruction of 50th Ave NW
from Hathaway Tree Service to 19th St NW.
