RESOLUTION
Authorizing the sale of electric distribution transformers
WHEREAS, the Home Rule Charter of the City of Rochester requires that all sales of real
property over $100,000 be approved by the Council; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utility Board passed a resolution approving the sale of six distribution
th
transformers on the 28 Day of April, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utility Board passed a resolution recommending the Common
th
Council authorize the sale of the transformers on the 28 Day of April, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
MN to approve the sale of six electric distribution transformers to Mayo Clinic for
$320,769.10.
