RESOLUTION
Budget Amendment for the 2026 Electric Utility Budget Related to the New Services
Allocation and Distribution Transformer Allocation.
WHEREAS, the Public Utility Board of the City of Rochester adopted a resolution formally
recommending that the Rochester City Council approve a 2026 Electric Utility budget
amendment to increase the New Services Allocation by the amount of $2,300,000 to a
new total of $3,180,572, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utility Board of the City of Rochester adopted a resolution formally
recommending that the Rochester City Council approve a 2026 Electric Utility budget
amendment to increase the Distribution Transformer Allocation by the amount of
$500,000 to a new total of $2,050,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
approves the 2026 Electric Utility budget amendment to increase the New Services
Allocation by the amount of $2,300,000 to a new total of $3,180,572.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
approved the 2026 Electric Utility budget amendment to increase the Distribution
Transformer Allocation by the amount of $500,000 to a new total of $2,050,000.
