OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves an Ordinance establishing the amended 2026 Master Fee Schedule.
2. Directs the City Attorney's office to prepare an Ordinance for the first reading on
July 6, 2026.
