OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Adjusts the RSRC site to allow for a footprint for a potential future indoor
space;
2. Requests additional review of funding models at a future study session or City
Council meeting; and
3. Pursues interim options for the existing RCTC dome during construction.
