RESOLUTION
Approving a contract award for management and operations of Public
Transportation Services
WHEREAS, the City released a Request for Proposals (RFP), 2026-01, for the
Management and Operations of public transportation;
WHEREAS, Via Transit Twin Cities LLC submitted a proposal for such services and upon
completion of the RFP evaluation, a contract award and facilities lease is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that the contract and facilities lease with Via Transit Twin Cities LLC for public
transportation services is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS __________ DAY OF _______________, 2026.
