RESOLUTION
Awarding Contract for Project No. J4739 2026 Pedestrian Ramps in
Various Locations
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following improvement(s): Project
No. J4739 – 2026 Pedestrian Ramps in Various Locations, the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:
Bidders Total
Ti-Zack Concrete, LLC $242,038.76
Pember Companies, Inc $341,586.15
Doyle Conner Co $373,944.20
WHEREAS it appears that Ti-Zack Concrete, LLC is the lowest responsive and responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that the bid of $242,038.76 is hereby accepted and execution of the standard
City contract for construction with Ti-Zack Concrete, LLC is authorized for the following
approved local improvements: Project No. J4739 – 2026 Pedestrian Ramps in Various
Locations and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to return to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder, which shall be retained until the contract has been executed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bidder shall execute all contracts within ten days
after the contract is ready for their signature, and if not executed by them in said time, they
shall be deemed to have abandoned the same.
