OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes execution
of a Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement with SCS Rochester, LLC., for the
planting of Boulevard Trees within the Savannah Rochester Subdivision.
