OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a pedestrian
facilities agreement and temporary construction easement with Kevin Wormley & Susan
McCorkel-Wormley to ensure the installation of pedestrian facilities along the entire
frontage of its property abutting 18th St SW right-of-way.
