RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, MN that the
Comprehensive Traffic and Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the
Common Council, be amended in the following respects:
1. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 118.5:
5th St SW on the north side from 4th Ave 5th Ave SW to 6th Ave SW, and on the
south side from 6th Ave to 7th Ave, between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through
Friday.
2. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 122:
5th St SW on the north side from 4th Ave to 6th Ave between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM,
Monday through Friday SW to 125 ft west.
3. Add Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone G, “No Time Limit Meters,” Paragraph 16.4:
5th St SW, north side, from 4th Ave SW to 5th Ave SW.
4. Delete Section C, “Special Parking Zones,” Zone A, “General,” Paragraph 10:
5th St SW on the south side, 25 feet, more or less, in front of the premises 604 5th
St SW, known at "The Gables"
5. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 117:
5th St SW, south side, from 70 ft west of 2nd Ave SW to 3rd Ave SW.
6. Add Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone G, “3-Hour Meters,” Paragraph 13.01:
5th St SW, south side, from 2nd Ave SW to 70 ft west.
7. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 221.05:
16th St NE, south side, from Broadway Ave N to 190 ft east.
8. Add Section A, “Angle Parking,” Paragraph 23:
16th St NE, north side, from 1st Ave NE to 125 ft west.
9. Add Section C, “Special Parking Zones,” Zone A, “General,” Paragraph 30:
16th St NE, north side, one space just west of 1st Ave NE, accessible parking.
10. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 222.95:
18th Ave SW, both sides, from Mayowood Rd SW to 40th St SW.
11. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 439:
Worrall Ct NW, west side, from the westerly intersection with Alpha Pkwy NW to 600
ft south.
12. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 440:
Worrall Ct NW, west side, from the easterly intersection with Alpha Pkwy NW to 1,060
ft south.
13. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 441:
35th St NW, south side, from Worrall Ct NW to Millet Pl NW.
14. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 442:
Millet Pl NW, west side, from 35th St NW to Valleyhigh Rd NW.
15. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 11:
East Center St, the south side, from 430 ft east of Civic Center Dr SE to 19th 15th
Ave SE.
16. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 225.5:
19th Ave SE on both sides from East Center St 4th St SE to the south in the Four
Hundred Block where Ave ends.
17. Add Section C, “Special Parking Zones,” Zone A, “General,” Paragraph 17:
9th Ave NW, east side, one accessible space adjacent to 218 9th Ave NW.
18. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 443:
Hadley Hills Dr NE, north side, from Hadley Crest Dr NE to the east 1,865 ft.
19. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 444:
