' President Lemmon called the meeting to order at 5:00 o'clock P.M., the
`following members being present: Lemmon, Anderson, Bowers, Moody, Mrachek,

Williams. Absent: Amundsen.

The Ball for the special meeting was read and President Lemmon ordered that
I'the same be placed on file; said meeting having been called for the purpose of
;appointment of an Electrical Inspector for the ensuing official year, and any
,,other business the said Common Council may deem proper.
A Communication from Earle Warnes was read and ordered placed on file.
The application of Geo.E.Rink for appointment as Electrical Inspector was
read, and upon motion by Williams second by Bowers, Geo.E.Rink was appointed
Electrical Inspector for the ensuing official year, he to take office on
April 16th, 194o.
Alderman Williams introduced a resolution repealing"a resolution fixing
` the salary of the Electrical Inspector of the City of Rochester, passeil by the
,,Common Councilon April gth,1940," which was read.
Upon motion by Moody second by Williams,. that the said resolution be
adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the
;said resolution duly passed and adopted.
Alderman Williams introduced a resolution fixing the salary of the
Electrical Inspector, for the enduing official year at the sum of $2100.00,
which was read.
Upon motion by Williams second by Moody that the said resolution be adopted
as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the sadLd
resolution duly passed and adopted.
Upon motion by Williams second by Moody the Common Council adjourned.
