somewhere through Lot 5, Block 2, proposed Hendricks Subdivision and also feel that with this
being an industrial development the right-of-way of 32nd Ave. N.W. should be widened to not
less than 75 feet to give greater flexibility to the City in the future to widen the roadway if

to it, maybe a term of three years. Mr. Leon Shapiro, Vice President of 101, said they had
tried to deal with the owner of the abutting property, Mr. Till, but have had no success, if
they could come to some agreement they would go along with the recommended location; he said
they were willing to sign an agreement that they would not sell this land or do anything with
it for three years and would dedicate it any time in the three years when it is needed. C. A.
Armstrong, City Engineer, said the 66 foot.raodway had been decided when Crenlo came in, there
was no plat at that time but he did recommend 66 feet, 75 feet would be better but he said he
still felt that 66 feet would be adequate. After further discussion, a motion was made by
Strain, second by Postier, that the preliminary plat be approved.with a 66 foot right -of- way
and that they dedicate the south 66 feet of Lot 5 for roadway purposes; all present voted in
