C-1 Gray_moved,.Strain second to approve the Council's appointment of James T. McNary of 411 16th Avenue S. W. to the Fire Civil Service Commission. Mr. McNary will replace Dr. Paul Belau. The term of office.will expire April 1, 1981. Ayes (6); Nays (0). Motion carried. C-2 Allen moved, Powers second -to approve the Mayor's -Reappointments of Boniface Drummond 712 Second St. S.
