Absent: Councilmember Ed Hruska. C-1 Councilmembers Senjem moved, Stobaugh seconded, to approve the following licenses and miscellaneous activities: Sound Amplification Tom Westby Birthday/Block Party — July 11, 1998 (waiver of time period requested) (prior approvals — Councilmembers McConnell, Stobaugh, Hruska, Hunziker) Hispanic Advisory Council Columbian Independence Day Festival — July 18, 1998 Miscellaneous Street Use Tom Westby Birthday/Block Party — July 11, 1998 (prior approvals — Councilmembers McConnell, Stobaugh, Hruska, Hunziker) Rochester Buddhist Society, Incorporated Bible Parade Celebration — July 11, 1998 E-1 Councilmembers Senjem moved, McConnell seconded to adopt Resolution No. 420-98 awarding the bid for the Administration of the City of Rochester Employee Group Insurance contract to Corporate Benefit Services of America (CBSA) and Resolution No. 421-98 awarding the contract for the Stop Loss Insurance to Commonwealth Life Insurance Company. Ayes (6), Nays (0). Motion carried. E-2 Councilmembers Stobaugh moved, Evans seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 422- 98 amending Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Restricted Development Conditional Use Permit #98-17 by SJC Properties so that the language pertaining to the sanitary sewer line on the property (Condition No. 2) states as follows: Applicant will identify and provide adequate protection for the existing sewer line crossing the site. Ayes (6), Nays (0). Motion carried. Having no further business, Councilmembers Stobaugh moved, McConnell seconded, to adjourn the meeting. Ayes (6), Nays (0). Motion carried. City Clerk
