Alderman Schroeder made a.motion-Which,was seconded by'Alderman --resolution�revoking the ordinance Witzke that the City Attorney draft a 'to '.,iprate, jitney busses heretofore adopted authorizing Lo,Van'Tassel. �,op 1within-the City of Rochester, Minnesota,-,because,-ofthe fact that he was operating said busses out of their jurisdiction aaid not giving servioe according to the schedule as set forth.in,,paid ordinancei The City Attorney ruled that this ordinance could iZot.be revoked' except upon the agreement of both parties concerned but that the said L. Van Tassel could be arrested for the violation of any of its provisions Upon the said ruling, Aldermen Schroedpr and Witzke withdrew the above mentioned motion, A motion by Alderman Schroeder that the City Attorney be in iw� 11structed to draft an ordinance revoking all taxi ordinences, received no secondi A motion by Alderman Miner -that E.
