Roll Call: Present: Smith, Case, Rommel, Miner, Olson, Witzke: !absent:

Motion by Miner second by Olson that the 'Test One-Yra.lf of Lot One (1) and
that part of Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block One Hundred Two,
(102) in Willson's Addition east of the Mill race, and the alley adjoining said lots,
be leased to Edgard Clark for a term of ten years- at Three Hundred Sixty Dollars per
year, rent, all buildings to be erected on said land to revert to the City at the end
of the terms Roil Call: Ayes: Case, Miner, Olson, Glitzke. Nays: Rommel.l.Qotion carri�;d.
Aldermen,Case introduced the following resolution which was read:
7REREAS, The Common Council of the City of Rochester, deem it, expedient and
necessary that local public improvement, the cost and expense of which shall be paid
by special assessments levied, as provided by lair, be made in said City of Rochester
as follows:
For the construction of a sanitary sewer in Eighth Street Northv,,est from
Broadway Street to a point 400 feet west of west line of said Broadway'Street;
For the construction of a sanitary sewer in Second Street Southeast from
Fifteenth Avenue to a point 100 feet east of the 'east line of Eleventh. Avenue South-
east:
Therefore, Be it resolved by the r"ommon Council of the City of Rochester:
That a public hearing of all persons And parties interested in said im-
provements will be held at 8 o'clock P all. on August 23rd, 1920, at the Council Chamb-
ers in the City Hall in said City at which time and place all persons and parties
interested in said improvements, may appear and be heard by and before said Common
Council in relation to said improvements4
The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause to be published in
the official paper of said City a notice to all interested persons and larties .of the
time, place and purpose of -said :meeting and hearing.
Motion by Case second by Witzke that said resolution be adopted as read:
Roll Call:. Ayes: Case; Rommel, Miner, Olson, Witzke: ?Mays: No_le. President Smith
declared said resolution passed and adopted.
On motion by Rommel second by Witzke Council adjourned.
