Alexander@ President Smith stated that this was the time and place set for a hearing on the following proposed sanitary sewers, and asked if there was any one prasent who wished to be heard in.regard to either or any of them: A sanitary sewer in Ninth Avenue Northwest from the north line of Center Street West to the center of Second Street Northwest; A sanitary sewer in Ninth Street Northwest from Broadway Street North and J running west to the west line of the west alley in Block 23 in the Northern Addition F to the City of Rochester; A sanitary sewer in Second Avenue Northwest from Fifth Street Northwest to the center of Sixth Street Northwest; A sanitary sewer in Eighth Street Northwest from Broadway Street to a point four hundred feet west of the west line of said Broadway Street; A sanitary sewer in Second Street Southeast from Fifteenth Avenue to a , point one hundred feet east of the east line of Eleventh Avenue Southeasta ; Otto'C: Briese and Charles Le Weed opposed the construction of a sanitary sewer, in Ninth StreetNortheast, while Rupert E:':�.11iams, Elmer Harder and Herman Fischer sanctioned the same andR gave the information that Bemel Brothers also favored the said sewer. Thomas Mulroy opposed the construction of • a sanitary sewer in Ninth Avenue I 248 t, liNorthwest because of the fact that he now has' service from First Street !i Northwest. There were no other persons present who wished to•be heard in -re - Bard to either or any of the above, -mentioned sanitary sewerso Alderman Olson returned to the Council Chambers and again took his Chair* The following petition concerning the proposed` sanitary sewer in Eighth Street Northwest was read, and motion by Olson second by Schroeder carried that the spme be placed on file: , "To the Mayor And Common Council of the ,City . of .
