I Roll Cal*l: Prelient: Meeks, Kit2hn &c, Newhouse, Roeder, -Wright, I Absent: Co'ok,# Lemmon. i The -call for the special meeting was read,. said meeting being. celled for the purpose of acting on applications for -dance permits and any �• other business that the said Common Council mig.,ht• deem proper. The application of Glenn W. Trusty Fors permit; to hold, gibe and conduct a public dance in the Woodman Hall, - on September 27th,. 1924,.. and the application of R. M. Graen, for Co. C., 205th Infantry, for permit to hold, give and conduct five public dances in the National Guard Armory on dates leiOctober 4th, 9th, llth, 18th, and 25th, 19241, were each separately read. �I Alderman Kitzman introduced the following resolution which. was read: "Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Rochester: That a permit .to hold one public dance in said City at 'ffoodman FTall on September 27tb., 1��24, be and the samme is hereby granted and allowed to Glenn W, Trusty, residing ' at No. 12 12th Ave. N..T;.. in said City. " Upon motion by Rdeder secand.by Wright that the said resolution be adopted as read., and all voting in favor thereof, President Wee'_;s declar- i ed the said resolution duly passed and adopted. E IIAlderman Kitzman introduced the following .resolution which was r e ad: Be it resolved by the Common Council. of the City of Rochester: That a permit to hold and conduct five (5) public dances in the National Guard Armory in said City on following dates, viz: October 4, Oct. 9th, ! Oct. llth, Oct. 18th and Oct. 25th, 1924.9. be and'the same is hereby granted t I and allowed to Company C„ 205th Infantry, Minn. 'National Guard, of City of I�. Rochester. Upon motion by Newhouse second by Kitzman that the said resolu- tion by adopted as read, and' all voting in favor thereof, President Weeks declared the said resolution duly passed -and adopted. The application of Edward R.
