Rochester, Minnesota, held in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, in said City
at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on November 9th,1928.
Meeting c:wlled to order by President Liddle,
Roll Call. Present: Liddle, Erickson, Leiiimon, Mill,rr, Rommel. AlQsent:
Hicks, Schroeder.
The call for the special meeting was read; said meeting being called
for the purpose of acting on application of American Legion for a dance permit and
any other business, the said Common Council ihight ,deem prager.
The application of the William T. McCoy Post No.92, American Legion, for
a permit to hold, give, and conduct a public dance at the Armory,. November 12th,1'281,
was read,*

Alderman Lemmon introduced a resolution granting public dance permit to
the Wm. T. IfeCoy Post 92, American Legion for the Armory, November 12th,19293, and
fixing the fee at the sum of $5.00, which was read.
Upon motion by Rommel, second by Erickson, that the said resolution be
adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Liddle declared the said
resolution duly passed and adopted.
Alderman Schroeder came in at this time and took his Chair.
The Street and Alley Committee were informally requested to look up and
report at the meeting November 19$h,1928, as to the cost of snow fence and how
much would be needed for Fburteenth Avenue Southwest.
Upon motion by Rommel, second by ?.filler, the matter of an Ordinance
governing
radio interference
wasreferred to
the City
Attorney for his immediate
attention
and report thereon
at the meeting
of this
Common Council, which is to be
held on November 19th,1928.
Upon motion by Erickson, second by Le!imon, Council adjourned.
