For this reason, and after due examination Ikf all factors bearing on the ! project, the Board concluded with the following resolutipat ' (1) "That the Library Board request the City Council for 41139000 to be i { allotted for the use of the Library Board in expense for the completion i i ! i MAR 3 0 1936 of the library contracts as accepted by the Board and presented to Yt the Council for further acceptance. Said funds to be declared as an approp+-riation not necessarily available immediately as cash" We beg leave to suggest that a temportary loan may possibly. be made from the General Fund$ to be repaid from the Library Fund in its budget for the forthcoming year. This amount may be restored to the General Fund by issuance of Certificates of Indebtedness after January let, 19379 we believer We ask you to bear in mind that receipt of the goverment grant, on abproval of the accepted bids, rests on provision of the additional funds requested in the above resolution.
