HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 4239 - RezoneApprox57.06 ORDINANCE NO. ______ AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 57.06 ACRES OF LAND FROM THE R-1 ZONING DISTRICT TO THE B-4 ZONING DISTRICT (FOR 18.82 ACRES), TO THE B-1 ZONING DISTRICT (FOR 9.68 ACRES), AND TO THE R-3 ZONING DISTRICT (FOR 28.56 ACRES), AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2785, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND LAND DEVELOPMENT MANUAL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1.
